Neither party bears the risk of default on the loan nor is responsible for the loss of the Operator, Lender, and/or Borrower from or related to the granting of a loan or any agreement between the Provider, Lender and/or Borrower, except for insurance coverage in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.ģ. Information Technology Based Lending and Borrowing Service (“Lending and Borrowing Services”) is a civil agreement between the Lender and the Borrower, so that all probably risks arising from the agreement are borne entirely by each party.Ģ.
